Lead a team across planning, buying, and activation strategy, deploying and executing OMD UK’s services and capabilities for senior performance and marketing clients. Act as a specialist hub in partnership with Cross-Connect Director, Digital Development Director and Head of Performance & Client Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic integration across paid media, data, and technology for two client accounts.
  • Deploy and execute OMD UK’s services and capabilities for senior performance and marketing clients.
  • Act as a clear and trusted partner to senior performance and marketing clients.
  • Oversee channel best practice and processes.
  • Optimise and automate campaigns across Google Ads, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, Snap Ads Manager, and other DSPs.
  • Own the effective synergy of channels through the marketing funnel to drive business performance.
  • Implement experimentation and testing frameworks across all key activations.
  • Leverage audiences across multiple channels using Omni.
  • Review workload and project management, suggesting process improvements and prioritisation.
  • Gatekeep team, triage client briefs and requests to focus resources on best‑in‑class activations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of auction‑based buying platforms.
  • Strong strategic understanding of performance marketing channels.
  • Cross‑channel knowledge of programmatic, paid social, paid search, online video, and linear channels.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships, other agencies, and media partners.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to probe, stretch, and evolve responses to briefs.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver high‑quality work to timescale.
