Overview

The Senior Media Operations Executive will play an integral role in supporting the media operations team in the rollout of Creative Trafficking process for CHANEL across their all the markets. Working closely with the Media Operations Manager, this role is a brilliant opportunity to build in-depth media experience across a range of key disciplines, whilst working on an exciting, fast-paced global account. The role will work in different focus areas, which are outlined below:

Responsibilities

  • Buying: This focus area is related to improving and driving innovation in our buying practices. Whether this be advanced optimisation or inventory decisioning, this function is focused on staying on the leading edge of capabilities for CHANEL.
  • Technology: Working with our local markets to align technology usage for CHANEL. Vetting and validating potential new technology solutions for all regions, aligned to innovation and driving our capabilities forward for CHANEL.
  • Data: Data is vital to our success with CHANEL. This function will ensure we have the right governance and practices to deliver high data quality across markets and the necessary outputs for CHANEL to make informed decisions.
  • Ad Ops: A foundational element of advertising execution, working with our offshore ad ops function to ensure we have the correct processes, workflow and documentation to ensure correct ad trafficking and implementation across markets.
  • Finance: Ensuring financial consistency across our markets. Financial hygiene allows us to focus on optimisation and delivering performance, so this function will ensure those hygiene practices across our team.

Qualifications

  • Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; enjoys finding a way to get the job done, but also curious about how things can be done better
  • Analytical and detail-oriented – prior knowledge of Excel a bonus
  • Passionate about learning and building new skillsets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen to immerse themselves within the world of media and cultivate an in-depth understanding of the landscape, particularly digital
  • A team-player who is comfortable with building relationships across multiple teams in different markets, in a culturally sensitive manner
  • Strong organizational skills; being able to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines, but also able to communicate to the team when additional support or guidance is needed
