Overview
1. Deliver on Advanced Analytics outcomes to clients across a mix of solutions. 2. Support capabilities across the region, ensuring that media agencies and local Annalect teams can utilize the capabilities to drive client outcomes. 3. Develop new proof-of-concept (POC) Advanced Analytics and Data Science capabilities to address new client/agency challenges, and scaled global tools from local innovation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client engagements on analytics capabilities such as MMM, Attribution and Incrementality testing to optimize media plans and drive KPI improvements.
- Support capabilities across the region and enable media agencies and local Annalect teams to utilize advanced analytics to drive client outcomes.
- Develop new POC Advanced Analytics and Data Science capabilities to address client/agency challenges and scale global tools from local innovation.
- Be part of the Measurement and Optimization team within Advanced Analytics, focusing on Measurement Suite, Planning Suite, and related capabilities.
- Contribute to the three hubs: Client Success, Technical Capabilities, and Research & Innovation, to deliver client-ready solutions, training, and data science innovations.
- Work with the Annalect EMEA team and collaborate with Client Solutions, Data Operations and Reporting, Enablement and Technology to deliver integrated analytics solutions.
- Engage in client engagements, conducting analyses to understand media impact and provide optimization recommendations.
- Help ensure best-in-practice marketing solutions are supported and effective across regional markets.
- Learn and share knowledge across a broad community of data scientists, marketing scientists, and analysts.
- Contribute to delivering analyses across a variety of solutions (e.g., MMM, attribution, media plan optimization) and grow technical delivery expertise.
- Communicate marketing science concepts and analysis results effectively to internal and client teams; participate in ongoing training and stay abreast of developments in tracking, mar-tech and ad-tech space.
Qualifications
- Hands-on in analysis with a keen understanding of the marketing funnel, KPIs, and optimization and planning processes.
- Experience with programming or data tools, such as R, EViews, VBA/Excel; interest in expanding skills in R and Python.
- Strong statistical and optimization techniques knowledge with the ability to bring value to clients.
- Familiarity with Google advertising tools (e.g., CM and GA360).
- Business acumen and ability to work in a dynamic environment; experience serving internal and/or external commercial clients.
- Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills; comfortable working with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated desire to learn, innovate, and contribute to new data-driven marketing capabilities.

The role is positioned within Omnicom Media Group Europe (OMG EMEA) and the Annalect EMEA team, the data, technology, and analytics division. We help CMOs and their teams harness data, technology, and advanced analytics to grow brands. We operate Omni, a leading marketing platform used by 30,000+ active users in over 80 countries, with hubs in NY, London, Singapore, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The EMEA team manages global and regional client relationships from London and collaborates with local market Annalect teams and regional Omnicom agency partners.
Flexible Working: We support a hybrid model (three days in the office, two remote). Standard hours are 9:30–17:30, with core hours 10:30–16:30 and flexible start/end times to accommodate individual needs and high-need periods.
