As part of our central planning team, you will play a critical role shaping how healthcare and skincare brands connect with audiences, driving measurable impact at both regional and local levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional media planning for Beiersdorf’s Dermatological and Healthcare portfolio, overseeing strategy development and execution across European markets.
- Manage and mentor a team of Planning Directors, driving high performance, collaboration, and continuous growth.
- Develop integrated, data‑led strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging channels (including CTV, BVOD, and AI‑enabled solutions), ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Build trusted relationships as a senior client partner, provide strategic guidance, and translate market insights into impactful planning recommendations.
- Oversee campaign performance, define success metrics, lead optimisation and post‑campaign analysis, and champion innovation through evolving technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, local markets, and external partners to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes at scale.

Working Pattern & Flexible Working
Our working pattern requires presence in the office three days a week at our London offices, with the remaining days available to work remotely. We offer a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days remotely). Standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with flexibility around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30. We encourage open conversations between people and managers to navigate high‑need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best in their careers and lives outside of work.
