Senior leader within the team reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Science. Responsible for project and line management, commercial oversight of financial targets, and new product development. Provides direction to the team and clients, ensuring focus on key questions and that the team has the right tools and techniques to deliver projects that are both client‑valued and profitable.
Mix of strategic, client‑facing interaction and hands‑on delivery of advanced analytical projects. Liaises with clients and directs projects end to end, ensuring statistical rigor and real‑world media relevance. Requires a good understanding of media operations and prior measurement experience, ideally within a media agency environment.
Works with Strategy, Planning and Investment teams, bridging the gap to clients by converting client requests into analytics designs, delivering high‑quality outputs presented in a client‑friendly manner. Senior role that combines creative problem‑solving, technical know‑how, polished project‑management and people skills.
Hybrid working model: three days in the office, two days remote. Standard working hours 9:30‑17:30 with flexibility to adjust start and finish times around core hours 10:30‑16:30. Open communication with managers to support employees through high‑need periods and individual circumstances, fostering a supportive environment for career growth and balance with personal life.
