This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting high‑profile product integration and branded content initiatives across Europe. You will manage the end‑to‑end process for product placement requests spanning music, sport, film, TV, and entertainment IP, ensuring all associations reflect our clients' values and brand guidelines. You will be the linchpin between clients, production partners, and internal teams, overseeing the review, assessment, and management of a high volume of annual product integration proposals. Your work will help our clients maintain a strong presence within culture, while ensuring every partnership is strategically aligned and flawlessly executed.

Responsibilities

  • Critically review and catalogue all incoming product integration proposals from studios, production companies, and entertainment partners.
  • Assess each opportunity against brand guidelines, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement robust, universal assessment criteria for evaluating proposals.
  • Identify and recommend the most valuable opportunities, ensuring authentic alignment and positive brand sentiment.
  • Manage internal processes to secure sign‑off and green light for selected integrations.
  • Collaborate with media teams to leverage investment where appropriate.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both successful and unsuccessful partners, managing all communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Oversee product distribution, fulfilment, and compliance with brand and product guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple European markets.
  • Introduce and maintain a clear measurement matrix/dashboard to track and report on integration performance.
  • Deliver weekly wrap‑up reports highlighting new placements, releases, and product shipments by territory.
  • Support quarterly reviews with stakeholders to assess KPIs and resources needs.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director, Creative Activation and Operations to ensure seamless workflow and coverage.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in project management within the entertainment, media, or advertising sectors.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder partnerships and product integrations across European and global markets.
  • Strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to assess opportunities and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence handling high‑profile partners.
  • Deep interest in entertainment culture and a keen eye for identifying cultural trends in music, sport, and entertainment.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Comfortable with flexible working and travel as required.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
  • Production experience is a plus.
