We are looking for a Manager, Retail Media Programme Delivery, to support the execution of the global Retail Media roadmap. This role sits at the centre of a major capability-building and standardisation programme, playing a key role in deploying frameworks, guidelines, tooling recommendations, maturity models, and measurement approaches across markets. The Manager will help operationalise the roadmap, ensuring that milestones are delivered, sessions and workshops are coordinated, documentation is maintained to a high standard, and markets understand how to adopt and apply the new materials. The ideal candidate will thrive on creating clarity, structure, and consistency, and will be adept at coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in retail media, ecommerce, digital strategy, operations, consulting, or transformation roles
  • Experience supporting multi-market, cross-regional, or global programmes
  • Familiarity with retail media networks, planning principles, and measurement approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to manage structured documentation, frameworks, or operational guidelines
  • Experience in project management or PMO environments is an advantage

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30. We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances.
