PHD Global Business is looking for a Global Senior Digital Account Manager to help land digital media planning & data excellence globally for one of the largest premium automotive clients. The role will report into and work closely with the Global Digital Lead. We are looking for a collaborative team player that supports integrated projects across multiple departments and specialisms at PHD, and with external stakeholders.

The PHD Global Audi team ensures best in class AdTech architecture, data-led strategy and communications planning across 19 markets. To drive global consistency and grow maturity, it is key to steer media & digital excellence into the markets via ongoing engagement and upskilling.

Responsibilities:
  • Advance the standards and drive the adoption of digital excellence in a global, fast-moving environment with solid knowledge of the AdTech landscape, digital planning, implementation & activation.
  • Support end-to-end digital customer journeys and understand implications for data orchestration.
  • Manage the account management (not channel activation) of centrally activated multi-market campaigns (activated by another central team).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated projects across multiple departments and specialisms at PHD.
  • Engage with markets to drive ongoing engagement, upskilling, and adoption of digital standards.
Qualifications / Skills:
  • Solid knowledge of the AdTech landscape, digital planning, implementation & activation.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end digital customer journeys and implications for data orchestration.
  • Credible and diplomatic communicator able to rapidly build relationships with markets; agile, organised project management; calm under peak seasons with ad hoc requests and short-term challenges.
Working Model:
  • Flexible Working – hybrid model (three days in the office, two working remotely).
  • Standard working hours are 9:30 - 17:30, with core hours 10:30 - 16:30 for flexibility.
  • Open conversations between staff and managers are encouraged to support individual circumstances and high-need periods.
