We are looking for an experienced Media Operations specialist with a strong technical background to join our London-based Operations team, supporting the Global Business. You will require deep expertise across AdTech platforms and Web Analytics tools, a proactive troubleshooting mindset and strong Network Management skills to succeed in this role. Reporting to the Global Media Operations Director, you will play a key role in driving operational improvements and will be responsible for managing the Media Operations Manager and Senior Executive.
Responsibilities
- Experience in digital/cross-channel media, AdTech, Ops.
- Experience with "high-touch"/luxury brands would be an advantage.
- Paid media is core with additional perspective on owned and earned.
- Deep understanding in ad serving technologies, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs and ad exchanges.
- Literate across digital advertising channels including display, video, social, native and search.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools and tag management.
- Understanding of industry standards and regulations (IAB, GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with workflow automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
