As an Executive Performance Integration Director, you will sit as a senior member of the Connected Performance team and take responsibility for the delivery of digital planning and activation for one of our Global flagship accounts. You'll have accountability for defining and evolving digital strategies that will help deliver against our client's UK based business, marketing & media objectives. To achieve this, you'll work closely with a team of digital specialists leading brief responses built from insight driven planning.
Using your knowledge and expertise to define the rules of engagement in media, identifying relevant key moments, tactics and trends that align with both creative ideas as well as relevance. Apply detail driven well thought through selections of ecosystems and platforms with robust budget setting recommendations that all ladder back to delivering successes KPI metrics demonstrated via tailored measurement framework. You will serve as a core source of information for the wider client team and for your client/s, driving deep integration across specialist and generalist teams within the agency.
Alongside this you'll have a keen sense of commercial awareness, helping identify revenue opportunities both within digital and data/technology and broader opportunities from OMD's wider services portfolio. Organisation, time management and attention to detail are critical attributes, you will need to ensure all work is delivered in an accurate and timely fashion through the lens of reactiveness & agility and always with a Performance Mindset.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the merchandising, sharing and delivery of key brand projects and workstreams – whilst ensuring full integration with performance campaign and channel mix.
- Ensure team process and ways of working are efficient and best in class (adhering to quality control standards), in line with future developments and objectives.
- Ensuring portfolio management is at its most efficient given product mix and headline window – with full oversight and management of digital channels and their integration with offline activity.
- Accountable for overall development, implementation and education of Planning Principles to drive maximum ROMS in digital activity.
- Team Management including resourcing, upskilling, integration, and progression plans and brilliant basics with regular training to agency standard.
- Accountable for the delivery, activation, optimisation and reporting of all digital media plans.
- Oversee development of team and ensure line management is ran in a just, timely and effective way.
- Effectively allocate resource, looking to drive efficiency where possible and working with the wider team to overcome resourcing challenges.
- Comprehensive experience within social and search ecosystems, whether that be agency, publisher, operations or supply/buy side.
- In depth experience across all buying platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Snap. Youtube/Video planning a bonus but not essential.
- Strategic level understanding of all biddable channels.
- Proven delivery against performance objectives, and ideally a track record of growing media spend and results.
- Comfortable in combining with in‑house teams and partners.
- An interest and knowledge of measurement in an app‑first world.
- Team organization, task management and attention to detail.
- Best in class planner across performance within programmatic understanding the relationship between different channels and data analysis to support this.
- Be up to date on your core client verticals, developing an opinion on major industry developments within digital media and more broadly in relation to that vertical.
