We are looking for a Digital Manager to join our Global Account Team based in the London office. You will report into the Digital leads on Bacardi & McDonalds, working closely with Brand Account, Strategy, and Marketing Science leads to make great things happen across the OMD network. The Digital Manager's primary role is to support the Digital Director and Account Leads with development of innovative global strategies to inform local market planning, whilst taking overall responsibility for consistent delivery of these as well as acceleration of Digital capabilities across OMD network.
You will drive digital excellence from the centre, develop best practice for digital planning and activation, educating and supporting local market teams. You will provide guidance to clients around the digital media landscape and opportunities to elevate global digital performance. You will help run the day-to-day account management proactively supporting the director in ensuring regular day to work is delivered, communicating clearly with local markets, demonstrating an ability to lead aspects of the day to day of the account and having the ability to manage workload and communication across multiple markets/time zones.
Responsibilities- Support the Digital Director and Account Leads with development of innovative global strategies to inform local market planning, and ensure consistent delivery across the OMD network.
- Drive digital excellence from the centre, develop best practice for digital planning and activation, educating and supporting local market teams.
- Provide guidance to clients around the digital media landscape and opportunities to elevate global digital performance.
- Assist with day-to-day account management, ensuring regular workflow is delivered, communicating clearly with local markets, and managing workload and communication across multiple markets/time zones.
An International outlook is essential, combined with organization and communication skills and proficiency working with multiple stakeholders (Clients, Creative, Social, PR, Experiential agencies, Data and Insights specialists).
Qualifications- Experience in Digital data-driven planning/buying (incl. utilisation of 3/2/1st party data)
- Strong knowledge of various digital channels and disciplines (Social, Programmatic, Search, Influencers, etc.)
- Knowledge of core Ad tech and buying platforms (CM360, Meta, Ad Verification); TTD, DV360 is desirable but not essential
- Traditional media knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Experience of working in international environment dealing with local offices, and genuine passion for market interaction
- Proven experience of managing multiple stakeholders
