We're looking for a dynamic Investment Director to join our Connected Performance department. You will be a key member of the team, leading the planning and activation of effective cross‑channel AV campaigns on Lidl UK; who are the fastest growing bricks and mortar supermarket in Great Britain.
What You’ll Do:
- Bring Positive Energy: Be a professional and upbeat team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and industry partners.
- Drive Campaign Success: Oversee the planning and delivery of TV, video, cinema and audio campaigns that exceed client expectations and enable commercial success for the agency in media audit forums.
- Nurture Strong Relationships: Lead the client investment relationship supporting the wider Connections Planning to deliver best in class unified video responses. Work closely with media suppliers to stay ahead of the latest product innovations and ensure exceptional campaign management.
- Focus on Detail: Keep a sharp eye on budgets and delivery, ensuring everything is tightly controlled and accurately reported.
- Collaborate Effectively: Be a vital part of the AV activation team, fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork and working closely with wider agency colleagues.
- Manage Finances: Manage financial processes to ensure campaigns are booked accurately and billed smoothly.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with the fast‑paced AV media market trends to shape innovative and competitive campaign plans.

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
