Responsibilities

  • Learn contemporary approaches to analytics using a wide range of modelling, data mining, statistical and machine learning techniques for creative problem solving.
  • Support senior team members in telling stories with data within presentations.
  • Contribute to the delivery of data handling, econometric modelling and analytical projects.
  • Develop skills to ensure all output is technically excellent and fit for purpose, consistent and accurate.
  • Be curious and thoughtful - learn about clients' businesses and the business context that drive their questions.
  • Begin to develop relationships not only within your agency team but across the agency and the broader analytics community.
  • Collaborate with other specialist services, agency teams and the wider analytics teams to help feed into the development of new approaches and techniques.

Junior Analyst is an entry level role and will suit a candidate who is passionate about data and analytics, wants to apply skills learned academically to real world business questions and has an ambition to learn and grow in a collaborative team who take a creative approach to analytic problem solving.

Econometrics remains the bedrock of marketing science, but the team are always extending the capabilities and outputs of what is delivered to clients. We excel in our consultative approach and will support you as you develop your technical and professional skills as you work on live projects for our wide range of clients. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
