Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery
- Lead multi‑writer projects, resourcing and reviewing scientific communications
- Demonstrate high scientific and commercial knowledge to guide other team members
- Oversee content across complex projects and therapy areas
- Ensure scientific quality and compliance with internal processes and best practices
- Produce client‑ready deliverables on schedule
- Provide feedback on scientific components of budget development
- Communicate important medical/regulatory milestones and link them to potential business opportunities
- Submit time and expenses by deadlines using appropriate job codes
- Strategic Mindset
- Serve as scientific lead on assigned accounts, delivering strategic direction
- Partner with client services teams in strategic planning and account management

Essential Skills and Experience
- Degree in a relevant science subject or 6+ years writing in a medical communications agency or similar environment
- Independent writing across various medical communications media
- Previous line‑management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent command of written and verbal English
Desirable
- Experience in a medical communications agency or industry

- Business development experience, including live pitches
- Availability to travel as required
