The role function is to manage automation/med adherence sales quotations process in line with company policy, supporting delivery of the Omnicell International booking and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective cross‑functional working with sales, finance, logistics, manufacturing, field operations and technical support organisations acting in a customer service capacity to deliver automation and medication adherence sales administration in line with customer requirements to meet booking and revenue targets.
- Ensure that automation/med adherence sales are delivered to the correct customer requirement and comply with the current business margin approval matrix.
- Accurately raise Sales Orders for all International products.
- Ensure ADC/RDS/VBM orders are accurately detailed in the Operations Revenue Forecasting system.
- Customer account creation and maintenance.
- Training / cross‑functional continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify process improvement needs.
- Answer incoming calls and redirect if necessary to an agreed process.
- Accurately process finance functions in terms of credits/debits.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
- GCSE’s
Experience
- Related experience in a manufacturing company environment.
- Experience in a global multinational organisation is a plus.
- Sales operations, finance or accounting field.
Skills
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced high demand environment.
- Capacity to prioritise, manage and execute multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to convey clear, concise messages to internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and diverse personality styles.
- Fluent oral German, French or English.
- A desire for progression.
