Manage automation/medication adherence sales quotations process in line with company policy, supporting delivery of Omnicell International booking and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately raise Sales Orders for all International products
  • Ensure ADC/RDS/VBM orders are accurately detailed in the Operations Revenue Forecasting system.
  • Customer Account creation and maintenance
  • Training / Cross Functional continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvement needs
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect if necessary to an agreed process
  • Accurately process finance functions in terms of credits/debits.

Minimum Job Requirements – Education

GCSE’s

Minimum Job Requirements – Experience

  • Related experience in a manufacturing company environment
  • Experience in global multinational organisation is a plus
  • Sales operations, finance or accounting field

  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced high demand environment
  • Capacity to prioritise, manage and execute multiple projects within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to convey clear, concise messages to internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and diverse personality styles
  • Fluent oral German, French or English
  • A desire for progression
