Manage automation/medication adherence sales quotations process in line with company policy, supporting delivery of Omnicell International booking and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately raise Sales Orders for all International products
- Ensure ADC/RDS/VBM orders are accurately detailed in the Operations Revenue Forecasting system.
- Customer Account creation and maintenance
- Training / Cross Functional continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvement needs
- Answer incoming calls and redirect if necessary to an agreed process
- Accurately process finance functions in terms of credits/debits.

GCSE’s
Minimum Job Requirements – Experience
- Related experience in a manufacturing company environment
- Experience in global multinational organisation is a plus
- Sales operations, finance or accounting field

- Ability to work in a fast paced high demand environment
- Capacity to prioritise, manage and execute multiple projects within tight deadlines.

- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and diverse personality styles
- Fluent oral German, French or English
