We are recruiting Drivers Mates who must also be willing and able to drive a 3.5T van when required for a well-established logistics operation near Trafford Park, Manchester. Start date 5.10.26
This is a 2-man home delivery role , combining furniture deliveries with van driving when required . Paid training provided. Own transport essential due to location and early start times. Posiitions are temporary, with the potential of permanent employment and free upskill to HGV 2
The Role
Drive a 3.5T van when required
Work as part of a 2-man delivery team
04:00-05:00 start times
48 hours minimum guaranteed per week
Monday to Friday - weekends off
5-8 furniture deliveries per day
Deliver furniture into houses and flats
Heavy lifting involved
Requirements
Full UK driving licence and confident driving a 3.5T van
Reliable, professional and hardworking
Good attitude and customer service skills
Own transport
Willing to complete CRC and Drug & Alcohol checks
Pay & Benefits
£13.15 per hour
£375 quarterly bonus
£19.72 overtime for a 6th shift
Permanent: circa £32,822 + bonus
