Omnia Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Maintenance Operative to join a brand-new warehouse operation in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new site from the very beginning, helping to establish and maintain a safe, efficient, and fully operational warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the warehouse and site.
  • Complete routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and building areas.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and site issues.
  • Support planned preventative maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in line with health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.
  • Support the successful launch and ongoing operation of the new warehouse.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role within a warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment.
  • Strong practical skills in general maintenance and repairs.
  • A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Flexible attitude to meet the needs of the business.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
