We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This is an operations-focused role centred around resolving issues that may disrupt orders, inventory, or workflow. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery for customers.
Warehouse Administrator - Purpose of the Role: To identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring orders move smoothly through the warehouse and customers receive deliveries on time.
Warehouse Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Investigating and resolving issues with missing, damaged, or unscannable items
- Troubleshooting order discrepancies and stock inconsistencies
- Supporting smooth workflow across warehouse operations
- Working closely with warehouse teams to resolve operational disruptions
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring timely resolution of issues to avoid delays in dispatch
