Shifts & Pay Rates:

  • Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday Shift Patterns
  • 18:00pm - 04:30am : £15.50 p/h, £18.44 p/h, Overtime after 40hrs
  • 20:00pm - 06:30am : £15.75 p/h, £18.69 p/h, Overtime after 40hrs

Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join from day one and build a long-term career within a growing operation. We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced environment. Warehouse experience is required, and full training will be provided for the right candidate. All candidates will be required to complete a DBS check and Drug and Alcohol test.

Warehouse Operative - Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking orders accurately within the warehouse
  • Working at heights using High Level Order Picker Truck - HLOP (training provided)
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties and manual handling
  • Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Following all health and safety procedures
  • Keeping the work area clean and organised

Warehouse Operative - Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience is essential
  • Must be comfortable working at heights
  • Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team
  • Own transport required due to location

Warehouse Operative - Pre-employment Checks:
