Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing operation from day one, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful qualifying period.
We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment. This role offers the opportunity to be fully trained as a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) Operator, making it ideal for candidates looking to develop new skills and progress within a modern warehouse environment.
Hourly Rates and Shifts:
- AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00), £13.06 p/h
- PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00), £14.06 p/h
Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:
- Unloading vehicles onto conveyors.
- Carrying out general warehouse duties and manual handling tasks.
- Supporting warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Undertaking training to become a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) Operator.
Requirements as a Warehouse Operative:
- No previous warehouse experience required - full training provided.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Willing to learn and be trained to operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP).
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties.
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
- Own transport is essential due to limited public transport links to the site.
