Omnia Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Customer Services Executive to join a fast-paced and growing logistics operation based in Annesley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy environment and building strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting client contracts, managing customer communications, and ensuring high service levels are maintained across all operations.

Key Responsibilities as Customer Services Executive:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer and client enquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide timely and professional responses in line with agreed service levels.
  • Support the management and development of client accounts.
  • Process orders, monitor shipments, and update customer records and reporting information.

Requirements as Customer Services Executive:
