Omnia Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Customer Services Executive to join a fast-paced and growing logistics operation based in Annesley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys working in a busy environment and building strong client relationships.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting client contracts, managing customer communications, and ensuring high service levels are maintained across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for customer and client enquiries via phone and email.
- Provide timely and professional responses in line with agreed service levels.
- Support the management and development of client accounts.
- Process orders, monitor shipments, and update customer records and reporting information.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Complete a variety of administration tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Support change management activities with minimal disruption to service.
- Previous experience within a customer service, administration, or client-facing role.
- Logistics, supply chain, or warehouse administration experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience using CRM or Warehouse Management Systems would be beneficial.
