We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Part-Time Onsite Administrator to join our busy onsite team in Sherburn in Elmet. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills within a fast-paced recruitment and logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Checking agency workers in at the start of each shift
- Updating attendance and workforce information within the WMS and internal systems
- Contacting absent workers and accurately recording absence details
- Processing daily payroll hours efficiently and accurately
- Registering new candidates and maintaining employee records
- Producing and updating reports using Microsoft Excel
- Supporting the onsite team with general administration and recruitment-related tasks
- Ensuring all data is entered accurately and maintained in line with company procedures
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data management
- Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
- Previous experience within recruitment, logistics, or warehousing would be advantageous but is not essential
