- £13.75 p/h - AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00)
- £14.75 p/h - PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00)

Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join from day one and build a long-term career within a growing operation.
We are currently recruiting High Level Order Pickers to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This role involves working as HLOP Driver, so candidates must be comfortable working at heights. Warehouse and FLT experience is required, and full training will be provided for the right candidate. All candidates will be required to complete a DBS check and Drug and Alcohol test.
Key Responsibilities as Order Picker at Heights:
- Pick orders accurately while operating at heights of up to 14 meters
- Work from a standing position in very narrow aisles (VNA environment)
- Perform general manual handling and warehouse duties
- Follow all site safety procedures including rope escape awareness (covered at induction)
- Support team operations and maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements as Order Picker at Heights:
- No licence required - full training is provided
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working at height and using rope escape equipment in emergencies
- HLOP experience highly desirable (VNA experience also considered)
- Physically fit and able to work in a standing, manual role
- Must be flexible to work a 5 out of 6 shift pattern (Sunday always off, every other Saturday required)
- Own transport essential due to limited public transport options
