We are currently recruiting for a Yard Marshall to support yard and vehicle operations in a busy and fast-paced environment. This is a key role focused on ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, supporting smooth loading and unloading processes across the site.
Yard Marshall - Purpose of the Role: To coordinate vehicle movements on site, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations while supporting overall warehouse flow.
Yard Marshall - Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating vehicle movements to ensure efficient loading and unloading
- Directing incoming and outgoing traffic to designated areas
- Monitoring yard operations to ensure full safety compliance
- Identifying and reporting hazards promptly
- Managing trailer allocation and tracking available yard space
- Communicating effectively with drivers and warehouse teams
- Supporting smooth workflow across yard and warehouse operations
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with health and safety procedures
