  • Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday Shift Patterns
  • 06:00am - 4:30pm or 08:00am - 6:30pm
  • £14.00 p/h £16.94 p/h, Overtime after 40hrs

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This is an operations-focused role centred around resolving issues that may disrupt orders, inventory, or workflow. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery for customers.

Warehouse Administrator - Purpose of the Role: To identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring orders move smoothly through the warehouse and customers receive deliveries on time.

Warehouse Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and resolving issues with missing, damaged, or unscannable items
  • Troubleshooting order discrepancies and stock inconsistencies
  • Supporting smooth workflow across warehouse operations
  • Working closely with warehouse teams to resolve operational disruptions
  • Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring timely resolution of issues to avoid delays in dispatch
