What You’ll Be Doing
- Booking domestic and international flights, hotels, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinating transport and logistics for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Managing and supporting multiple calendars and meeting schedules.
- Organising meeting rooms, conference facilities, and event venues.
- Arranging catering and hospitality requirements for meetings and events.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of internal events, workshops, and business meetings.
- Preparing meeting documentation, agendas, and presentations where required.
- Maintaining accurate records and travel schedules.
- Liaising with suppliers, travel providers, and internal departments.
- Providing general administrative support to senior managers and business teams.
- Managing changing priorities and responding to urgent requests professionally and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an Administrative Coordinator, Travel Coordinator, Events Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience booking travel, accommodation, and coordinating diaries.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- A proactive and flexible attitude with a customer-focused approach.
