Location: Milton Keynes. Salary: £14.50 per hour. Contract: Temporary Assignment - 3 Months. Start Date: Monday (Immediate Start Available). Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Booking domestic and international flights, hotels, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating transport and logistics for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Managing and supporting multiple calendars and meeting schedules.
  • Organising meeting rooms, conference facilities, and event venues.
  • Arranging catering and hospitality requirements for meetings and events.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of internal events, workshops, and business meetings.
  • Preparing meeting documentation, agendas, and presentations where required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and travel schedules.
  • Liaising with suppliers, travel providers, and internal departments.
  • Providing general administrative support to senior managers and business teams.
  • Managing changing priorities and responding to urgent requests professionally and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an Administrative Coordinator, Travel Coordinator, Events Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience booking travel, accommodation, and coordinating diaries.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude with a customer-focused approach.
