We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to support and drive performance within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a key leadership role focused on managing teams, maintaining productivity, and ensuring operational excellence across the shift.
Purpose of the Role: To lead and support a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring daily targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating, and supervising a team of warehouse operatives
- Driving productivity and ensuring daily KPIs and targets are met
- Monitoring workflow and allocating tasks effectively across the team
- Supporting training and development of team members
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Conducting team briefings and providing regular performance feedback
- Working closely with management to resolve operational issues
- Maintaining accurate records
