Omnia Resourcing have exciting opportunities as picker packers working for our client based in Bury St. Edmunds in a clean, modern and spacious distribution centre. This role would suit individuals who want to progress in their career, upskill and learn new challenges and become part of the team.
Being part of the NHS Supply Chain means playing a crucial role in our health service, adding real value every day by ensuring that millions of NHS patients receive the products they need at the right time. The job involves picking and packing vital medical items, operating LLOP / MHE (full training will be provided) and working within other areas of the warehouse.
Experience is not necessary as training is provided, but a willingness to learn and work as a team, plus being passionate about the NHS, is an advantage. English levels needed as you will need to read the orders to be picked and must be able to understand health & safety.
Shifts are as follows:
- Rotating weeks Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00/14:00 - 22:00 £14.27
- Nights Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:00 £16.42
- £18.95 - £25.26 OVERTIME RATE.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS FULL TIME AND DUE TO LOCATION YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GET TO SITE, THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU WANT A LONG TERM JOB WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO PROGRESS WITHIN THE COMPANY. TEMP TO PERM FOR THE RIGHT PERSON. UNFORTUNATELY NO STUDENTS.
