Omnia Resourcing is excited to be recruiting for a brand-new warehouse site in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing operation from day one, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful qualifying period.
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves unloading vehicles, completing general warehouse duties, and supporting the wider warehouse operation. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to be trained to operate a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP).
Warehouse experience is required, and candidates must be comfortable working in a manual warehouse environment. All candidates will be required to complete a DBS check and Drug and Alcohol test.
Hourly Rates and Shifts: Night Shift (22:00 - 06:00), £14.81 p/h, £18.08 p/h for overtime
Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:
- Unloading vehicles onto a conveyor
- Performing general manual handling and warehouse duties
- Supporting team operations and maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Working towards productivity and quality targets
Requirements as a Warehouse Operative:
- Previous warehouse experience is required
- Physically fit and able to work in a standing, manual role
- Willing to be trained to operate a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Own transport is essential due to limited public transport options
