We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable Order Pickers to join our client's warehouse team in Ashby De La Zouch.
This is a manual, fast-paced role involving order picking at heights of up to 14 meters using HLOP trucks (High Level Order Pickers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick orders accurately while operating at heights of up to 14 meters
- Perform general manual handling and warehouse duties
- Follow all site safety procedures including rope escape awareness (covered at induction)
- Support team operations and maintain a clean and organised work area
Requirements:
- No licence required - full training is provided
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working at height and using rope escape equipment in emergencies
- HLOP experience highly desirable
- Physically fit and able to work in a standing, manual role
- Must be flexible to work assigned shift pattern
- Own transport essential due to limited public transport options
