The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring payroll for a large temporary workforce is processed accurately and to strict deadlines. You will play an important role in supporting both our candidates and internal team, helping to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Updating spreadsheets and maintaining data records
- Sending timesheets and costings to clients for authorisation
- Managing timesheets and resolving payroll queries
- Adding new starter details to the system
- Liaising with consultants, candidates & clients
- Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
- Supporting compliance processes and ensuring documentation is up to date
About You
- Previous experience in payroll and/or compliance within recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident using spreadsheets, systems, and handling data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, team-focused approach
