We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Feltham. This is a genuine opportunity to join a successful recruitment agency with a fantastic company culture, strong client relationships and opportunities for career progression.
To be considered, you'll need previous experience in Transport / Logistics or Recruitment.
The Role
- Account management and developing strong client relationships
- Business development and winning new business
- Candidate sourcing using job boards, CV databases and social media
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
- Placing HGV and non-HGV drivers with clients
- Ensuring candidates are fully compliant
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Recruitment, Transport or Logistics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A strong work ethic and genuine desire to succeed
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
