Omnia Resourcing are proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading logistics and distribution companies based in Northampton, NN4, who are looking for a Returns Processor to join their team!
Your responsibilities as Facilities Assistant:
Hard Facilities Management- Support the management of all hard FM services, including:
- Electrical systems
- HVAC and air conditioning
- Fire detection and suppression systems
- Building fabric and infrastructure
- Plumbing and drainage
- Mechanical plant and equipment
- Security systems and access control
- Utilities and energy management
- Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Ensure reactive maintenance issues are logged, tracked and completed promptly.
- Maintain the facilities maintenance planner and asset register.
- Support statutory inspections and maintain compliance documentation.
- Assist with facilities improvement projects and minor capital works.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
- Coordinate the delivery of all soft FM services including:
- Site security (managed by an external security provider)
- Cleaning services (managed by an external cleaning contractor)
- Waste management
