We are recruiting 7.5t / HGV 2 Drivers on a temp-to-perm basis for a leading electronic appliance supplier. You will be the face of the company, delivering and installing appliances into customers' homes while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver electronic appliances safely to customers' rooms of choice
- Complete pre- and post-delivery vehicle checks
- Keep accurate delivery records using a PDA system
- Handle appliances with care and recycle packaging where possible
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence (Category C1) min 6 months driving experience
- Driver CPC & Digi Tacho
- Previous experience
- Physically able to lift and manoeuvre heavy appliances
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Benefits:
- Temp-to-perm after 12 weeks
- Overtime paid at £23.25 per hour (after working 8.5 hours per day)
