We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse / Forklift Operative to join our client at their busy distribution site in Enfield on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
To be considered for this role you must hold a forklift and driving licence.
- Location: Enfield
- Contract: 6-month fixed term
- Salary: £30,000 per year (£576.92 per week)
- Start: Immediate
- Working hours: Monday to Friday between 6:00am - 6:00pm
- Typical working hours: 7:00am - 4:30pm (42.5 hours per week)
- Occasional Saturdays required: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the distribution of premium-quality large interior products
- General warehouse duties including:
- Unloading containers
- Accurate order picking
- Completing delivery notes and paperwork
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Assisting with stock takes
- Ad hoc local deliveries when required
Requirements:
- Valid forklift licence (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Willingness to assist with occasional deliveries
- Ability to carry out heavy lifting
