About the Role
We are recruiting Flight Co-ordinators / Airside Catering Operatives to join a leading inflight catering operation supporting major international airlines at Gatwick Airport. This is a hands-on airside airport role working directly around aircraft, ensuring all inflight catering is delivered accurately, safely and on time in line with strict aviation schedules. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering meals, beverages, equipment and special meal requirements to aircraft ready for departure. No aviation experience is required - full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities (Airside / Airport Operations)
- Support daily airport catering operations at Gatwick Airport
- Coordinate inflight meals, beverages and equipment for airline flights
- Ensure accurate loading of aircraft catering in line with flight specifications
- Handle and move catering carts, trolleys and equipment safely
- Work airside around aircraft and airport vehicles
- Follow strict aviation safety, food hygiene and compliance standards
- Ensure on-time delivery to meet tight flight departure schedules
- Communicate with airline crews and internal logistics teams
- Report delays, shortages or operational issues immediately
- Maintain high standards in a regulated airport environment
About You

You will have:
- Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
- Ability to work early shifts (from 3am), evenings and weekends

- Comfortable working outdoors, chilled environments and at height
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, catering, transport or customer service is an advantage but not essential.

This role operates 7 days a week and requires full flexibility, including weekends, evenings and public holidays. Due to aviation security regulations, all applicants must:
