Experienced CNC Operators Required! Our client specialises in designing and manufacturing precision-forged and machined components and is currently seeking experienced CNC Operators to join their team. Position Overview: As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in operating advanced 4 & 5 Axis CNC machines for production. You will also manage a FASTEMS pallet system to enhance operational efficiency. Work Schedule: Hours Available: Static Days (6am-4pm Monday – Thursday) or Weekend Nights (Fri / Sat / Sun) Salary: Circa £14 per hour, depending upon experience, plus shift allowance Key Responsibilities: Operate 4 and 5 Axis Heller CNC machines with precision Perform in-process measurements while adhering to tight tolerances Load and unload CNC machine tools efficiently Follow processes strictly with no deviations Conduct quality control checks in line with customer specifications Modify tool offsets as needed Manage tools and change fixtures appropriately Qualifications: To excel in the role of CNC Operator, candidates should possess: Proficiency in operating 4 and 5 Axis machines Prior experience with Siemens, Fanuc, or Mazatrol controls Experience with the FASTEMS system is highly desirable Setting or Programming experience is a significant advantage A solid understanding of component drawings Location: This position is based near Redditch, and is easily commutable from Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Alcester, Studley, South Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester, Kidderminster, and Stourbridge.
