The Role: We are seeking a confident and charismatic Sales Representative with roofing sales experience for a leading roofing and building supplier to develop and grow trade sales through face-to-face customer meetings across the Hanwell and Southall areas. Strong local knowledge is essential.
Key Objectives:
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and provide effective solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and convert new sales leads
- Maintain and grow a structured customer database
- Re-engage dormant accounts and develop new business
- Carry out telephone and face-to-face prospecting
- Arrange and attend customer appointments
- Produce, present, and follow up on sales quotations
- Agree customer pricing with the Branch Manager
- Track competitor activity and pricing
- Stay informed on product developments and industry legislation
- Support and grow Trade Cash Sales
- Deliver high levels of customer service
- Assist on the Sales Counter when required
- Work in line with company policies and Health & Safety procedures
- Undertake additional duties as required

- Proven experience in roofing sales
- Outgoing, professional, and self-motivated
- Strong knowledge of Hanwell & Southall
- Comfortable working independently and meeting customers face to face
