Key Responsibilities

  • Collating and entering employees' daily hours into spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and confidentially
  • Liase with clients to agree payroll costing/generate PO numbers

  • Previous experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
