The Role
You'll process weekly payroll for a large temporary workforce, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting our consultants, candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing weekly payroll accurately and to deadlines
- Managing timesheets and resolving payroll queries
- Sending timesheets and costings for client approval
- Adding new starters to the payroll system
- Updating spreadsheets and maintaining records
- Liaising with consultants, candidates and clients
About You
- Payroll administration experience (recruitment experience desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using spreadsheets and IT systems
- Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
