Hands-On Leadership Role in Fast-Growing ITAD Business

We're working with a rapidly growing business within the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and electronics refurbishment sector, looking for a hands-on Operations / Processing Manager to lead a busy, high-volume processing facility. This is a real operational leadership role - you'll be on the floor every day driving performance, solving problems, and ensuring IT equipment is processed efficiently, securely, and to a high standard from intake through to dispatch.

If you enjoy fast-paced environments where no two days are the same, and you can bring structure, pace, and leadership to a busy operation - this will suit you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of daily operations within an ITAD / refurbishment processing environment
  • Lead and support supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff
  • Drive KPIs across productivity, throughput, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee end-to-end flow of IT assets through secure processing stages
  • Work with operational systems supporting IT asset tracking, processing workflows, and data erasure stages
  • Maintain strong stock control, accuracy, and reporting
