What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Working towards clear targets and KPIs
- Learning the fundamentals of recruitment in a supportive, hands-on environment
