What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
  • Working towards clear targets and KPIs
  • Learning the fundamentals of recruitment in a supportive, hands-on environment
