We are looking for a proactive Compliance Admin and Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This hybrid role supports regulatory compliance efforts while also delivering high quality service to clients and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be organised, communicative, and able to manage multiple responsibilities across compliance and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Admin
    • Assist in maintaining compliance records, policies, and procedures
    • Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business
    • Support audits and regulatory reporting activities
    • Help ensure documentation and internal processes meet legal standards
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance across operations
  • Customer Service
