About the Role:

Our client, Taylor Woodrow, a leading infrastructure and civil engineering specialist, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on a major highways project in Hull.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure works in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
• Monitor progress against project plans and report on performance.
• Ensure works are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and promote a positive safety culture.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• CSCS Gold Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS Certification
• SWQR Street Works Supervisor
• ILM Level 3 in Construction Supervision
• Proven experience supervising highways or civil engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
