Due to growth, we’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Partner to lead on roles across a key construction and infrastructure account. This is a permanent, hybrid position where you’ll work as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking recruitment team.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across a leading Civil Engineering organisation
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from technical to senior appointments
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships, offering strategic input to workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Proactively source, engage, and manage top industry talent
- Continuously improve processes, ensuring best-in-class candidate experience
- Report on recruitment metrics and support diversity and inclusion initiatives
