Due to growth, we\’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Partner to lead on roles in civil engineering for one of our construction and infrastructure clients. This is a permanent, hybrid position where you’ll work as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking recruitment team. What you’ll do Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across all Civil Engineering role Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, from technical to senior appointments Develop strong stakeholder relationships, offering strategic input to workforce planning and hiring strate Report on recruitment metrics and support diversity and inclusion initiatives What you\’ll bring Proven experience recruiting within Civil Engineering, Construction or Infrastructure A consultative and professional approach to stakeholder and candidate engagement Desire to develop within an in-house/RPO partnership.
