Are you a strategic HR Business Partner ready to make a real impact? My client, a dynamic organisation with offices across the UK, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to help shape the future of their workforce and culture.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to embed a forward-thinking people strategy, drive cultural transformation, and support large-scale organisational change. You’ll be a trusted advisor, translating business priorities into meaningful people plans that unlock performance and potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to design and deliver people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Influencing organisational design and contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Acting as a visible and credible HR leader across directorates.
- Coaching senior leaders on talent development, engagement, and cultural change.
- Supporting managers to lead confidently and embed HR best practices.
- Collaborating across the wider HR function to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
- Driving transformation and enabling high-performing teams.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed organisation, working at Executive Director level.
- Demonstrable experience in unionised environments.
- A track record of aligning people strategy with business needs and leading change.
- A Masters degree in HR, or equivalent experience.
- Professional membership (e.g. MCIPD).
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Salary: £68,000-£79,000- dependant on experience
